silk screen on rashguard

I was wondering if anyone knows if you could silk screen designs on rashguards i was thinking about going to walmart and buying some cheap rashguards and put on some cool designs on them. So will it work?

It works good, most are switching to screen instead of transfer due too transfer peeling off.

i had some silk screen designs on my rash guards and then eventually would crack and flake off due to excessive stretching on the fabric

look for a place that can print your designs directly to the fabric, i know that will be the next step we are going for rashguards and lycra shorts.

You can silk screen on a rashguard but you have to add an additive so it doesn't peel. Our longsleeve RG is silked and holds up really well. The only problem is that if there is a lot of printing, you RG can't breath and it will hold in the sweat.

Our short sleeve RG is printed or dyed into the material. We have been doing this for a few years and it is awesome. No peeling or cracking and it doesn't hold in the sweat. It cost more to do it that way but it's worth it.
