Just got my Fairtex MMA gloves, but...

I just got my Fairtex MMA gloves today but, they feel a bit large and they are a medium which is the smallest size Fairtex carries. I was wondering if this is because my hand is too small for a medium or is it because they will break in and contour to my hand later. Now, this is without handwraps. Oh, by the way what is the difference between a standard handwrap and a MMA wrap? Besides length?

they'll contour more to your hand once you break them in.

CSI is the only brand i know of that that makes MMA handwraps. they are shorter and a little narrower (1 1/2") than standard wraps.

it's cotton, so it has a little stretch to it. no where near elastic though.

depends, if you showed me a pic of your hand in the glove I could tell you in a sec.

theres a diff between it being too big and it fitting towards your hand. Personally I like mine all snug. and I'll tape it properly if I fight, but theres enough room for the glove to go on, but it'd be tight, but its only for 15 mins so :p

the csi mma handwraps are thinner they are alittle stretchy but not much.. they are narrower in width...they are designed to fit underneath your gloves alot easier.. they provide decent support for your wrists..
