Those are great prices. I'm definitly going to pick one up, i would also like to hear what size is good to get. I'm thinking maybe 10 or 12 pounds.

is this stuff, online stuff w/pics/vids?.. cuz it sucks reading about exercises.. cuz u're not really sure if u're doing them right.. lol

i just ordered the 12lb leather one btw... was thinking about gettig the 10lb one.. but didn't like the idea of getting vinyl

At my school for most excersices we use a 20lbs. ball. I wouldn't go lower then 12lbs.

How's your ball working out sudo? What size did you end up getting and do you like it or do you wish you'd gotten a bigger/smaller one.

I've got some money to spend but can only afford one ball at this time.

if you can afford only one, i'd say go with the 12 pound ball.

I'd go with a 10 or 12. 15 is too heavy for most medicine ball routines.
