Banged up Knee. Need some help
I have a fight coming up this sat. Everything is coming together perfect. However, I was running on mountian bike trails monday, and scrapped my knee up. Im not real worried about it, but im looking for something to cover it up. band-aids dont stick and tape limits my range of motion. Anything i put on it just slips off the wound and slides below my knee. Any help would be awesome.

stretch sticky bandage dressing with a lil vaseline over the wound under it...
ACTUALLY
if theres anyway you can get in touch with either a HS or College athletic trainer..that would be your best bet

depends what the injury is like but a basic neoprene wrestling style kneepad may do the trick... you can always tape the ends of it so it doesn't slip much

kneepads may be restrictive and theyll always slide down..your better off with some sort of tape solution....a trainer is your best bet..after all..they went to school for that shit

haha..yeah i came from a really good program...all i remember from my football days is kneepads or elbow pads or anything like that always slid down....even with tape....the best solution for covering a cut IMO was always some athletic tape combination

the only problem with taping the top and bottom is that it gets really tight when you flex it..and can more often than not restrict blood flow...
