issues with order from Pride?

Went to the pride store, ordered a jersey....

it was confirmed on the 25th of last month.

As you can see its the 21st today.

I'm in Canada, but still, thats a long ass time. Sprawl took 3 weeks tops.

Anyone have issues with em before?

(yes I have sent an email asking whats up to customer service... no reply yet)

I have tried to order but twice they want me to send them a photo and photo copies of my credit card. Is this normal and have you guys done that. They refused to send me items if i don t send them that.

NO NO NO NO NO DO NOT DO THAT.. total scamm.. once they have the 3 digit code on the back of your card, anybody can use it to make any type of purchse they want over the internet.. that's just ridiculous.

DOH bad to hear.... just ordered couple shirts 8(... I've had to give that 3 digit code before thought that was pretty usual sometimes. but that whole photocopy thing sounds VERY strange.

pridefc.com has sucky customer service, and now we've confirmed the delivery time sucks too.

i.e. pridefc.com sucks for ordering pride related gear.

They also appear to be the most expensive place to buy Pride gear - go figure.....

I'll post when my shirts come in... just ordered couple of the basic black/white pride logo shirts... about the most basic order you can get. we'll see 8(

Thats no scam. Asking for a copy of the creditcard and license. They often do this in europe too when you make a big order. Or when you order from a country that is know for alot of frauds. Just look at ebay. Lots and lots of sellers wont ship to certain countrys.

uhh..you do realize that you are giving them that info when you order right?
