Inexpensive Temporary Mouthguard?

I'm looking at entering my first grappling tournament and on the required equipment list is groin protection and a mouthguard. I've decided I'm going to purchase the Nutty Buddy but I don't know about a mouthguard. Between the tournament entry fee, the cup and all the other gear I've bought lately I can't see throwing down $100+ for a custom mouthguard. Is there a boil-n-bite option out there that isn't useless? Is there some other option I could try just for this tournament?

Just pick up a shock doc pro or a regular boil and bite. I'm pretty sure they'll offer enough protection for a grappling tournament.

Where could I pick one up at a store? I know I can order them on the web but I don't really feel like paying for shipping on a $20 item.

You should be able to get them at any sports store. Alot of places carry shock doc mouth guards around here because they're used for hockey too.

Go walk down to any sporting goods store and find the cheapest one?
