What Size Head Guard do you use?

So I am ordering a new head guard from twinsspecial and was not sure what size I should order.
So I was wondering what I should get if my hat size is 7¼ - 3/8.

any help is much appreciated.

Well if i was you i would go with a meduim cause like an 8 i believe is starting of a large small is a 63/4 up to like 7 or somethin so i go with a Meduim and and im a 7 1/2

thank you, i appreciate it.

I figure its better to be on the tight side then the loose side, and its velcro enclosure, so its not a be all end all exact size.
