just want to know? 14 or 16? maybe 12?

14 or 16..either is fine if going at 50-80 percent power

if your over 165lbs 16s are a must for sparring in my opinion

I think for my next pair of gloves (which will probably be a while)...I'm gonna get 18's...12's are gonna wreck your partner...

Chances are if you're sparring with 12's everyone will hate you.I'd say 16's are pretty standard.

16's for sure. If you ever compete the 10 or 12 oz gloves will feel like nothing.

its good not to become to dependant on the size of the 16s for your defense though, so its good to use the lighter ones some times
