Icon14 how to bandage properly your hands for box training

i am beginning to train with punching bags and i dont know how to use bandages for covering my hands.
does any one know how to?
or is it unnecesary?
any comment is helpful

Try all of these and see what works best for you.

And yes, ALWAYS do it. It's very easy to break, strain, sprain, and/or bruise your hands.
