Help needed! GLoves!

I've ordered a pair of sherdog large mma gloves. Checking the measurements I got 8 inches knucklesize. The problem is that the gloves have loads of free space in the fingers part. I usually tend to buy large products, cause when I buy medium they tend to be too small. Are the gloves supposed to be tight in the fingers or loose? Because gloves were probably devised for somebody with different hand dimensions.(mine are wide with long fingers, but thin) Shall use these ones or exchange them for a pair of new ones?
Any help would be apreciated.

Some will say they like them tight, but I like them a little loose. The problem with them being tight is that when I hold a fist for extended periods of time (e.g. 3 minutes straight), my fingers feel numb when I open my hand up. That is not fun.

What I was thinking maybe they were planned to be a little loose on fingers? Cause if I try I can fit 3 fingers into the space of on in the glove!

Whoa, that sounds helluva loose To me, "loose" means "not totally gripping your skin".

How does the rest of the glove feel?

I wouldn't say that it's outstandingly tight.

Try using your normal wrap, I use large Fairtex gloves, and can barely get a wrap under the NHB gloves, and cant wrap under my MMA sparring gloves, it will make a big difference
