issues with Jiu Jitsu Pro Gear

when i decided to order my first gi and rashguard i heard some good staff about them so i ordered both from them. the gi arrived when was supposed to arrive and everything was fine! the problem is that the rashguard never came i hv email them like three times the last two weeks and i hvnt heard back from them.

do they face some problem? or is this their normal way to make business ?

they are REALLY bad with email. Call them and try to sort it out. They are much more helpful on the phone.

I was disappointed in them too. I was ordering over $600 worth of stuff (for me and a couple of guys) and I asked if they had a discount code and they told me they wouldnt give me one because it was my first purchase.

So I made my order last Sunday, but I put it on two separate credit cards. One of them shipped the next day. for some reason, the other one did no ship so I called them on Thursday. The guy on the phone told me "they both shipped."

So I finally get the shipping email from them, and the second package had just shipped the day I called them. WTF?

Kind of weird, and very annoying.

Anaconda- We did our best to get both orders out to you asap.
First order, we have everything and it was processed and shipped on Monday.
Second order one item was missing and it was schedule to arrive with our new shipment from Brazil, (which was schedule to arrive on Tuesday) so we got our new shippment in, we went thru the cartoons got your missing item to fullfill your order, and your order went out on Thurday. We process the all the order thru the day and we enter them in the system at the end of the day. I am glad that you were able to get one of my workers on the phone to help you out.

Below are the Shipping information that we provide in our website, that explain the time frame on processing and shipping orders in the USA.

Shipping USA orders:
All merchandise is shipped from our Los Angeles, California store. Most orders made before 2PM will be shipped that same business day. On some orders it may take 2-7 business days to process your order. Delivery takes from 1-6 business days to deliver it via your chosen shipping method and depending on your proximity to California. We do not process or ship orders on the weekends or holidays

i called them today and they told me that the have already shipped the rashguard and by this week will be here! i hope everything to be as they told me!
