I need to find a way to mount my heavybag to the cinder block wall in my basement. I had it mounted above on the wooden support beams, but when I workout it shakes the whole floor and pisses my neighbors off (I live in a townhouse). Is there a cheaper way to mount it rather than buying one of these? :
