Heavy Bags for kicking

I am looking into getting a heavy bag, but I am not sure if those are any good for kicking. Should I get one of those, or try and find a muay thai bag. also, would any bag hang from a wooden patio and not break the beams when I work out?

Bags are usually 100 pounds or under. It should support your bag fine.

Go with a thai bag, you should be able to hang it there no problem. We have them filled or unfilled (costs less to ship, you fill it yourself).
