Heavy bags and Cinder Blocks

So I'm at a brand new club and we have 4 heavy bags and 4 mounts for them. Unfortunately the guy who came in to hang them didn't realize it was cinder blocks and not concrete, so when we went to hang them there is no real support. Right now they're hanging on about 20 feet or so of chain (from the ceiling).

So if anyone knows either how to either:

A) secure them in the braces in the cinderblocks (Like expanding bolts/anchors or something)

or

B) How to reduce the sway on the chains (only one has a d-ring on the bottom)

I'd certainly appreciate it

I had a bracket of this style Boxing equipment, AIBA, medicine balls, skipping ropes, boxing rings, coaching pads the 4th one down, the professional hanging a 6ft bag.I drilled into what we call breeze blocks ( u call the cinder blocks I think?) in six places and then used expanding bolts to fasten the frame to the wall so the bag swung from the frame fastened to the wall(which is how u normally do it!)/Anyway when I came to take down the frame,it was still secure to the wall and in the end I left some of the bits in the wall so securely did they fasten.U might be able to do the same,or just hang one bag and see how it goes.Or buy a Wavemaster

Send a message via AIM to bobbyhated
to control sway i take an uppercut donut and put it on the floor around the base of the bag. that tends to reduce the amount of movement to the bag when im kicking and kneeing it.

i hate kicking a bag and having to pause to wait for it to swing back to kick it again.

Ah.Forget what I suggested then....I had similar to these things in mind...

Wickes *–*Building Materials*–*Bricks and Blocks*–*Blocks*–*Aerated Blocks

A solid block was what we were able to drill into but that aint gonna work on those I dont think.Sorry Centaur.
