Isn't that kind of ripoff against the law?

Yeah, the Tapout logo is a logo...I can see what you're referring to but it's just a coincidence, you're seeing a shape that's part of a picture of a Samurai, not a ripped off logo

I happen to like Affliction, they make some nice stuff. I like Tapout for their equipment and training clothes, but wouldn't buy any of their casual stuff.
