Heavy Bag Stands

Just a word of advice. If anyone is thinking of buying a heavy bag set, do not get a 150cm bag. Being the intellectually challenged man that I am, i bought a 150cm bag to go with the stand.Unfortunately it is too long and it drags on the floor. It would have been nice if the shop staff had told me beforehand !!!!

What model stand did you get? A 150cm bag is not THAT big. Could the bag be hung higher on the chain?

LOL!

It could have been Matt Serra's or Manny Gambaryan's bag stand as well.

That's too funny.

The model is from a Japanese Company called Fighting Road. Fairly Cheap ad cheerful gear but not bad for the price. I will take off the swivel attachment and hang the chain directly to the hook. There is no other way itcan be adjusted. The stand is about 2 metres I would say.

I have an everlast heavy/speed bag combo stand. I like it, but it has these 2 support braces the come out that make it impossible to do low kicks and such. I can kick about waist high fine tho. The stand is a little wobbly on top and I've knocked down the speed bag stand a few times because the screws keep getting loose from the whole stand shaking. I definently want something more sturdy sometime soon.
