heavy bag accessories

Hi,

I recently put up a heavy bag in my garage. However, there was one up already (I rent) so I just unhooked it and put mine up. The one I put up is about 50 lbs heavier and 2 feet taller.

What I am wondering is do I need to buy a spring or anything else to make sure my new bag stays up properly? Right now it's installed via a small bolt which was drilled through the wood in the ceiling.

Any comments or help is appreciated.
