headgears?

regardless of cost, what is the best headgear around? I am mostly talking about in terms of shock absorbancy. I know most headgears are just for cut protection and I notice certain headgears say the foam is shock-absorbant. I hear that some ofthe newer headgear can abosrb much more shock from a blow than some of the older ones. anyone know more about this? has anyone ever tried the cleto reyes headgear or winning brand?

Fight Gear headgear seems to be one of the best around.

I have a twins headgear but it seems to not have much absorbancy as it is quite stiff and hard, again, anyone heard of the quality of cleto reyes or tried it themselves? I also noticed the winning brand says its made of artficial leather. isnt that not very good?

No I mean they are good for their purpose, which is to prevent cuts. I know headgears aren't concussion/shock protective and werent made for that. However, some newer headgears offer a higher degree of protection from shock/trauma from blows coming to your head because of the material that is a little softer and has alittle give to slow the impact by alitle. ANd I mean very little but better than most traditional headgears that are very stiff. the twins one seems very stiff and hard
