Headgear question

I had a question about headgear, and what type I should get. I just started going to a boxing/kickboxing gym but they won't let us spar without headgear. IMO i don't want to use it, but it's the rules so whatever.

My question, what kind of things should I be looking for in my headgear. If I buy online then I can't try them on to see how they feel. I want one that does not limit vision, but besides from that I don't know the difference between a good headgear and a bad one.

By the way I need one somewhat affordable, I have seen tons for like 150-200$ and I don't need one that expensive.

So far this is what I think I might get. http://fightgear.stores.yahoo.net/bluebomber.html Suggestions?

Fight Gear and Fairtex both make really nice HG but step up and get the leather ones. THey are only $30 or so more and will last forever. I like the Fairtex one the best.

This is the one I use;

You also may want to check out Fight Gear's Air Max headgear. We actually sent alot of them over for the Ultimate Fighter and the guys really liked them. The blue bomber that you are looking at currently is kind of unique because you can actually machine wash it if need be. But as far as comfort goes, it's not the best on the block. Check out the Air Max and their Mexican Style headgears, they are the best you can get IMO.

I heard winning headgear is the best headgear that money can buy. Its the only headgear anyone who trains seriously here in Japan would wear. Personally I dunno how winning stands agianst other headgear coz its just too damn expensive, but the pros here swear by it. that it is the best. Can anyone elaborate more?
