Leg stretch machines
Im 5 10" roughly 200lbs and have the most ridiculously tight legs ever and am in dire need of some equipment to stretch my hamstrings out as they are very painful when I train. Cost isnt a huge concern as long as it gets the job done so I can begin to implement an array of kicks into my training. If anyone has any recommendations plz Pm me or drop a line in the forum thank you very much. P.S if anyone knows of any good centers to train or spots to fight in the Hartford CT area let me know.
