Round Timer Cd

This is for boxing or kickboxing.

Has anyone created a cd that has a 3 minute round time and such, so you can just pop it in your cd player, instead of buying a $30 timer or whatever?

Go to Question I don't have a computer where I workout, can I get a CD or MP3 ? - Speed Bag Forum

this has several round options including tabatas and Ross Enamaits GPP workouts. This is what I use and it is great.
