Yoga DVD???
can anyone recomend a good yoga tape or dvd that would be helpful for my grappling game (stretching, etc)... thanks

Stephan Kesting's DVD is pretty good.

I like Stephan's because it's pretty basic but also shows advanced options as your flexibility improves.
