Free standing heavy bag troubles!(Resolved)

Well, I got a century wave master heavy bag and I've had it for just over a month. Yesterday, I was doing some bag work and about a half hour through, I clinch it and start throwing knees. The padding just starts sliding up and down. The glue tore away from the padding! So now after I'm hitting the thing, I have to readjust it like every 5 minutes.

Has anyone had similar problems?
Solutions?
I was thinking about maybe getting some wood glue and painting it on the plastic and then sliding the padding back on.

Update:

so I sent Title boxing an email asking if there was anything they could do without any response. I got a package in the mail today. I got a brand new free standing heavybag. I called up title to check if they charged me and no!

talk about customer service!

Can you give it back? Cause bags should be able to withstand punching and kicking for a long time since they are made exactly for this treatment, and if it doesn't you should get your money back.

Is it brand new?Because it sounds like there is a fault and you should contact the vendor.Otherwise,as you said I'd glue it back but I'd use a stronger glue, some kinda industrial strength stuff.Good luck.

I have had mine for 7 months. My only problem is that even full of sand, it moves and I too have to readjust it every 5 minutes.

Other than that, it has held up fine.

The bags with the heavy water bases tend not to last. Best thing is some super glue or gorilla glue. No way they can take that type of abuse. Get a real heavy bag with frame if you cannot hang it.

yea id say a framed bag or a full MT bag would be best. i've had a B.o.B and 2 wavemasters and still prefer a normal bag.

When I got my wavemaster they forgot to ship the locking nut....I called them (Century I think) and they shipped it out overnight. I suggest you call...I think you will get a better response. I didn't buy direct from them, but....they were on the invoice and called them directly. And ya know...I just threw it away so I dont' have the #..sorry.
