I don't use the headblade, not yet, but I do use the their shaving cream on my face. I picked up a sample at a show once and gave it a try. I think it's the best shave cream out there. The only thing I don't like is the packaging. It would be better if it was in a tube and not in a mini water bottle.
Tried one once when I was younger (been shaving my head on and off for twelve years). It was fine, but for the expense and pain-in-the-ass of getting one it certainly wasn't worth the hassle. With a three or four blade standard razor and a little practice you should do just as well.
I used it for a while and didn't like it. Still, nothing beats the Mach3 as far as price/performance goes. Even the expensive Fusion isn't as cost effective as my Mach3 razor. I do use the HeadLube Matte moisturizer, thou. For the amount you get and for the price, it rocks! No more shiny head!
The headblade itself is good if you have fine hair, but it you have thicker, coarser hair, your mach3 or quattro razor blades are so much better and last longer. I do agree that there shaving creams are awesome though.

I haven't used it (I look horrible bald), but one of my friends used it for several weeks. He wasn't all that impressed with it and just went back to using his Mach 3.
