Gear & Equipment Discussion Did I mention that the gear you use is cheap and flimsy?

Dont buy from titleMMA.com

I originally placed an order, the order was doubled, Which is fine, im a computer programmer... websites often have bugs. I called customer service and was told to send back the duplicate items and i would be reimbursed for the shipping in addition to the cost. Unfortunately part of my order was out of stock (was in stock when i placed the order)... and even when the website and corresponding email said it was back in stock... they never sent it. So i waited for them to fulfill the rest of my order but they never did. Now im stuck in limbo, knowing they will never mail me the rest of my order.. but still trying to decide when to send back the duplicates items. Their customer service reps are also really abrasive and unhelpful. titlemma so far has been a nightmare, i would advise everyone to avoid them. I will update if i ever do manage to sort out the issue and get my full order as well as the promised refund.

I have order from Title a number of times and have always had a great service but with customer service these things can happen.

Send Wes a pm he has been more than helpful on this board and I am sure he can help you get this resolved. See his thread

I'll keep ordering from them, I like Title and its my number 1 stop for my gear. Wes and Bret have both helped me tremendously, deal with them and I doubt you will have any problems.

I've ordered from Title alot and have had several problems so now I'm picky with who I place my order with. The last several orders I've placed have been with Shawn Waldo (a manager who boxes so he's very helpful with the equipment) and the last order I placed was with Wes. I ordered a pair of shinguards and double end bag and Wes was very helpful and even threw in a shirt and gave me 10% off since I'm a sherdogger. My advice is to always order with Shawn or Wes and most of your problems and the poor communication (like seems to be with alot of the Title sales reps) should be eliminated.

I've worked with Title for years. I think they are a good company. They put out good gear at good prices.

As far as customer service - they are pretty good. They are a fairly big company and confusion can occur with any company. We (Cageside) make our share of mistakes, and we only have two full time employees.

Give Title a call and ask for a manager/supervisor.

I get most of my gear from CagesideMMA. They have great selection, pricing and customer service.

^ I would have to agree. I have ordered a lot with Title, and always received excellent service and great products. Even when there was a minor glitch (which is rare) that was beyond their control, they have been really great about resolving any and all of my concerns.

Since, they upgraded their MMA website to show accurate stock availability, and Wes has started posting on here, they have been my first choice for purchases. Send Wes a PM or email or call him. I am sure he can get things corrected for you.

I ordered some TU gloves recently and wanted black, but they sent me red. After calling them I was not responsible for return shipping and had a new pair ready to ship for me. I called back five minutes later and they were cool enough to change the 16oz to 14 for me after looking at the red gloves.

There was a delay in shipping the black ones I wanted, but everything was smooth and they were very cool about everything and tried very hard to take care of me.

I work customer service for a large company and I know how difficult it can be sometimes. The company I work for strives for the best customer service in the world and we have won many awards for it, so based on that I really appreciate the service Title provided for me.

I am sorry to hear of your problem though.

I've never had a problem with Title. Always receive my orders quick and when returning items it's never been a problem.

Just keep on them and I'm sure it'll get worked out.
