what is this called and how do I make it - soft punching bag

Hi,

How much does this item sell for?
are there different types?
How can I make one?

* It is hard for me to describe but it is a a small bag that you can put on your wall and it is filled with beads or rice or something soft yet firm.
Kung fu guys use them to punch into I think.

size is probably 30cm by 30cm

Just google "iron palm training" and you'll get lots of sites selling them. I bought some many years ago when I was taking kung fu - mine was filled with crushed granite, and if I remember correctly they're pretty damn inexpensive.
