Custom Mouthguards running review/ PICS PICS PICS added
I want to do a review of my experiences with Custom Mouthguards as I go, so I can keep the timeline accurate.
ORDERED online on Monday, 07/14/08, in the evening.
Recieved my package on 07/17/08, 2days later. (Iknow its 3 days, but one doesnt count cause it was at night when ordered) Spoke on the phone with Scott for great length today. He explained in great detail how to fit the trays, etc. Also, went way out of his way to try to build a completely badass piece for my using pictures and colors representing my way of life. (more on this when pics are posted)
I made my mold tonight, hopefully correctly, and will send it out tomorrow. When I recieve my mouthguard, which I dont imagine will take long, based on my experiences so far, I will post pics, and continue the timeline.

OK, for starters, I cant imagine why anyone else would buy a mouthguard from anyone else. In all of my life I have never come across a business with such honesty, integrity, and a desire to please the customer. Plus a lightning fast turnaround time.
I sent my impressions in last Friday. (today is friday). Which means CG recieved them on Monday. Today I recieve a call from Scott at CG, and he tells me that my mouthguards went out today. Thats right, mouthguards, and I only ordered 1.
Scott was trying to do a special design for me with a blue stripe on it. The materials used for the stripe caused the mouthguard to be a little thick, and Scott didnt know if it would be too thick for my mouth. So, Scott made a second mouthguard, with a different material, that is a little less thick. I didnt ask him to do this, and I have not even tried the first one on, it may be fine. He did it on his own so I would be satisfied.
It gets better. Scott told me on the phone, if I dont like the design, or if the fit isnt right, or anything, to call him and he will make me another one. Holy crap, Ive never seen such service.
I should recieve them on monday and will post pics. All together, less than 2 weeks. Amazing!!!!!!!!!!
Also, Scott went ahead and put my badge number on my mouthpiece, (yes, I am a cop), no flaming. And he put a design on my case for me. How could you ask for anything better.
All I can say is good price, amzing service, and super fast. Once I recieve it i assume the quality will be there also. I cant Imagine why you would not buy from custom guards.

Well, the amazing service continues. I recieved my 2 mouthguards today. Both are very nice, but 1 is too thick for me. I really liked the other one, and have no problems with it at all. I rolled for 2 hours tonight with it. Super tight, very comfortable. Practically need a shoehorn to take it out. I love it.
I get a call from Scott at Custom guards tonight, and was just telling him how awesome the guard was. I was literally showing my wife how nice the piece was when he called me.,, He proceeds to tell me that he was not satisfied with the plastics used for the mouthpiece. The piece is fine, but it has some small airbubbles in it. Nothing that will affect the workmanship, or make it not work well, but just not perfect. I like it. Anyways, Scott got some new plastics and made me 2 more mouthpieces. One for grappling and 1 for MMA. They will be sent out tomorrow.
Like I said before, I have never had such great customer service. If you read the whole story, you will see too. When I recive the other 2 I will post up pics.
