Sorry for bringing up an old, old, old thread, but I thought some of you may be interested in this. Check out...

Grill Guards Custom Mouth Guards

Very nice guards at reasonable prices. Top of the line guards about $100. A bunch of the companies in this thread are out of business and others prices have gone way up. These guys are new, and still very reasonable.

BTW, before accusations start flying, it is not my company, so I'm not shilling my products.

Ill be willing to take the pepsi challenge with your mouth guard at your cost.I have used opros,phython guards and protech i will do a full review none bias review of your product compaired to the others i have had.I have had my jaw broke on both sides right where my wisdom teeth used to be and it clicks and i have never been knocked out yet i have seen spots and flash koed before but woke up when i hit the ground if your interested please pm me!

thought I found a new mouthguards company but it just looks like Maher has gotten a better marketing angle and it is a strong one. retail will be $400 plus a visit to your dentist I believe

i use opro mouth guards. they have been working well for me. a lot of people from my gym use them also
