I wear long compression shorts and board shorts(not at the same time) to my no-gi class so I was wondering would it be better to get a groin protector or should I buy a cup and a jockstrap? Obviously with the compression shorts I can just put a cup in there but since I wear boardshorts as well what would be easier? I was looking at something like this
Twins Steel Cup from Title MMA but are those straps good enough during rolling?
