Moving Heavybag Track

Does anybody remember this product? It was a track that hooked to the ceiling that made a heavybag travel all over the room. I think it was square. I am looking to buy one but I can’t remember the name.

I saw one on Youtube awhile back that when straight across a room...Id like that more. The glideboxx has such a short range of motion personally...the biggest one is 84", 7 feet of movement for god knows how much they want... I bet you could find a way to make one and a little cheaper. I like how it goes side to side though.

In theory it shouldn't be hard to make, I'd personally use the type of tracks that come with a garage door as they're relatively cheap, easy to find and should be more then strong enough.

Some tracks on a welded square frame.....I'm gonna go play around with this idea.

I was thinking of the same thing... Im iffy on the garage door track... A garage door doesnt way all that much and the weight is evenly spread while this the weight will be in the middle...I dunno though...

Normal set of garage door tracks will support around 120 lbs no problem, probably more as I see people with those big double car garage doors or industrial ones for factories and hangers...
