Cryogel?

Has anyone had any experience with Cryogel? I currently use IcyHot when I am sore from training. Is Cryogel better?

Does it only relieve pain? Or does it help to make bruises go away faster as well?

Yes. The arnica in it helps get rid of the bruises. Cryogel kicks ass.

Yes help bruises a lot! It looked like I had a golf ball under my shin a few weeks ago from kicking it was swollen so bad. It was the biggest bruise that I had before and the Cryogel definitely help shrink it down. Best stuff ever!

I don't know, I have not used tiger balm before. I just put some on my knee alittle while ago and it's cool. If you wrap it, sometimes it can feel hot.

it does NOT get hot like tiger balm. It's like the cool equivalent to tiger balm. at first it cools the area applied to, then it just sort of numbs out. which, given the nature of most of our injuries, we probably ought to be cooling the area instead of heating it.

with all due respect to tiger balm, of course.

highly recommend cryogel roll-ons. amazing stuff.
