I was looking into getting a double end bag when I came across Cobra reflex bags. From what I've seen it basically functions in the same way a double end bag does but it can be moved around more easily. Since I don't have much experience with this can anyone please respond with your viewpoints on which one would be a more reliable/useful bag to get?

I train on both and there are differences. The double end is faster and is better for speed. If you have fast hands, you can actually out punch the the CR. The DE also reacts differently than the CR with more unpredictable movement. If you have to get one, the CR would be a good start. It's easier to control and it's easy to adjust for height.
