Cheap Kettlebells and resistance bands, the style Fedor uses

IronWoody Kettlebells

Ironwoody Resistance Bands

I haven't found any cheaper kettlebells on the net, and their prices for shipping on are the best I've found too. $44 for a 35lb kettlebell and $14 for S&H. The resistance bands are priced well too. I've been looking for the Fedor style ones for awhile and they have all different resistance levels. Thought I'd share the score.

Here are the Ironwoody kettlebells in action:

Well I bought a 35lber from dragondoor, and I just bought a 45 lber from ironwoody, and they feel virtually identical, both made of cast iron. I'll let you guys know if it explodes or something haha.

Thanks for the link Ivan. Kettlebells are a must have for any home gym. I've been being cheap and looking for some locally in the penny pincher (no S&H) to no avail.

i noticed dick's sporting goods sells kettlebells, but they only go up to 35lb in weight. think the price is reasonable, no s&h if you go to the shop

I don't understand. What can go wrong with kettlebells?? ie I know the weight could be a little off and/or inconsistant, but other then that, whats the problem with an "off brand"??

this is kind of interesting, has anyone ever used the kettle grip? you can use regular 1' hole weight plates.

Kettlebells are great.

Dragondoor absolutely rapes you on price, as well as shipping. I got one from performbetter.com a little while ago, and I think they only charged like 13 bucks for shipping a 53 pounder.
