For grappling/MMA board shorts designing your own doesn't really exist... there are a number of sites that do custom boxing shorts though.

There's this awesome site called google, and if you do a search for like... "MMA board shorts" or "grappling board shorts" you might find some... or maybe even a site that sells lots of different brands like budovideos. Man, the internet is great.

I just bought some RVCA shorts from www.dogfunk.com. They have the BJ Penn RVCA shorts. Just a thought.

not custum but i got a pair of fox shorts i have been going to muay thai in lately, they only have a cargo pocket but i move easily in them and they look bitchin. i'm bias tho i've been a fox racing fanatic since they only made socks, pant, and jersies but there great.

I'm looking for the RVCA shorts that BJ wore in April's Ultimate Grappling and the last episode of TUF. The black shorts with the Hawaiian Flag on the back right leg. SOLID!!
