IGNORE! IGNORE! Heart monitors?

I'm curious as to whether anyone uses a heart monitor while running or cycling. If so, any good suggestions? I did a search, and all I found was this thread with no replies.

Edit: sorry, guys -- just did a search in conditioning and found a ton of threads. My fault.

Thanks. I asked my BJJ instructor about his today, and I think it was an F3. Looked like a pretty good tool.

Sorry for SPAMming the Boards, but I did want to thank you for the response.

EDIT: it was an F6.
