Oh, I know lots of good trails around here etc. I just have no idea what type of runs would be good for grappling!

Drugs reference is it in NZ?

Regards the type of run,might be a good idea to put that into the conditionning forum?

Nike spends more money on R&D than any other company grosses; that being said, they tend to focus their running footwear on performance. For training, weight of the shoe shouldn't be an issue- only the comfort and safety of your foot.

For that purpose, New Balance makes many of the best shoes.

It's all about fit. The Adidas microbounce fit me great, and work well for long distance runs.

I like Brooks they are around 40 bucks and have good support and feel great for 5k runs and sprints but every one is diffrent.
