best head gear for sparring ????

whats the best headgear for sparring? what holds up the best? whats the most comfortable?

This is entirely an issue of personal preference. KOFightgear.com, Windy, Fightgear.com, all make great headgear... I'm sure there are plenty of other brands that make good stuff too.

For comfort, you aren't going to know until you try it. I prefer a headgear without cheek pads, but I can't find one anywhere. A lot of newer headgear has the chin area heavily padded and I find this to be uncomfortable, but it's certainly a lot more comfortable when you're getting hit there.

For a headgear w/o cheek pads, try tkd style headgears.
