Hey Standard, I don't know if you floss or not, but I've switched to rubber sticks.

https://commerce.jbutler.com/consume...&nGroup_ID=598

I buy mine at walmart. I use them because I hated flossing. This is much faster, and the rubber sticks just seem to work better. They fit right between your teeth and are easier than flossing. They massage the gums too. This and apple cider rinse has totally eliminated my gum problems, and it used to be HORRIBLE.

If your gums bleed give these a shot too.

ACV is best-used first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Potent enough to cure acid reflux.

My gums haven't bled for awhile, but those look easier than the flosser things that I've been usin'... Need to make a Wal-Mart list here soon..

Turmeric

Turmeric:

Awesome at getting rid of boils (tested) and supposedly good for digestive troubles.

1 part vinegar to 3 parts water lessens the acidic levels a whole lot. Does eating a sald with vinegar eat at the enamal on your teeth? No, and you are grinding the vinegar in. I think it's harmless. My teeth feel a lot healthier, but certainly do what you feel safe.

As for it tasting awful--yep--I said you gotta be tough.
