Also, try whey protein isolate. It contains less fat, carbs. lactose, cholesterol, less everything. Therefore, it is a more pure source of protein. This is easier for many to digest.
Another thing: If your trying to lose weight (or have any specific training goal in mind), the info you're looking for concerns general diet and excerise information FAR beyond the scope of a whey protein discussion.
