My work schedule.

I have to be at work at 6 am. I wake up every day and take my supplements, vitamins, fish oil and have some greens + drink in the morning. I have my breaks at 8 30 for 10 minutes, 10 30 half an hour lunch and 1 pm 10 minute break. I like to boost my energy , so i can have energy for the whole day. I get home around 3pm. The lunch truck comes at my 1st break and at lunch time, but no healthy foods. What is the best way for me to have a nutritious and energy driven day. Should I eat something light on all my breaks? Cuz my pattern is out of wack I don't eat nothing on both of my breaks, but I pig out on lunch time, then when I come home I'm still hungry and pig out again then im freaking tired and fall asleep. I'm 5 11 217-220 lbs. 33 yrs old

Eating a lot isnt the way to do it. Definitely, youre should eat smaller meals and have snacks throughout the day. U never want to be full or hungry. thats will cause ur body to store extra fat.

And try to stay from the lunch truck. its hard no to go 2 them when everybody else is.
