Whey protein
Just wondering if anyone who works out and takes Whey protein noticed a significant difference in muscle growth and how long it took to see these results. Debating whether or not its worth it. I have been working out 5 days a week for almost a year now, mostly arms chest shoulders back and abs stuff. I have gained around 15 pounds of muscle so far which im pretty happy about considering how little body fat i have, but im trying to speed up the process a bit without anything stupid like roids.

Start training your legs and you will "speed up the process" very, very much. Can you say roidlike results?

First thing to consider when looking at supplements: is the rest of your diet in check? plenty of fruits and veggies and lean meat and water? A good diet should be the foundation. Supplements are like shingles, or vinyl siding, or those little lawn gnomes.
that being said, i like whey, and i find it helps.

You'll probably find more info over in the diet/supplement forum. Still, there's probably no shortage of folks over here who have some sort of whey supplement in with their diet (myself included).
Oh, and WORK YOUR LEGS.
