NO2 isn't enough for me...recommendations?

Hey guys, new to the site and to the scene in general. since I don't have a ton to offer on the MAA side, I guess I'll contribute in this section.

NO-Xplode by BSN has really helped me. makes me feel like a beast in the gym. It's the best NO2 product that I have tried and I have been taking it for almost 2 years now.

the problem i'm having now is that after taking the stuff for so long, i'm now needing to take two scoops over the one scoop to get the same effects that I got when I first started on it. i've cycled it and all that, but I feel like I need an extra boost.

any recommendations? any gym rats in here that have a kickass supplement that they swear by? i've recommended NO-Xplode to everyone I know and they all love it, but I'm much more advanced in the gym than they are. i'm looking for something to really help me make a jump in my training.

Glad to see that you are looking to contribute, and this is your first post so I thought I'd just let ya know that it's better to do a quick search and see if the topic at hand has already been coverd.

In this case, it has, usually every couple weeks
Better to read up on, and then contribute your ideas/opinions to an already existing thread.

Ive taken No-Xplode for about a month now and...

It may be that you have build up a tolerance for caffine.
Try drinking a couple of cups of coffee, in addition to your dose of NO.

BTW, I had to use one and a half to two scoops when I started with it to get the effect.
The NO effect is great, but as I said, the extra boost you lack may be due to caffine tolerance which bulids up the more caffine you drink.

So if you drink a lot of coffee, you may try to lay off it for a while, then you`ll feel more effect when taking NO-Xplode.

And I agree, its the best NO product out there. I love it. Nitrix too.

i agree, seems like the issue is the caffeine moreso than the NO2. Maybe try another stimulant and lower your No-Xplode dosage or cycle with l-arginine?

USP labs anabolic pump seems to have a lot of hype right now, maybe cycle off the NO2 and try that for a month or two.

Ya, cycling off is a good idea. It says on the label that after 12 weeks of use, you should go off of it for 4 weeks. I don;t know if it's a good idea to just substitute a different type of NO product or not. I think it would be better to go "clean" for a few weeks or maybe try the CEA mix or some other pre-workout formula.

I`ve used No-Xplode with Nitrix, which is time-released NO2.
I`ve used Cellmass in addition, but I didnt note so much difference.

None of these products are legal to imporrt into my country, so I`ve been using different NO-products the last 6 months, but BSN is the shit IMO.

And as mentioned above, offcourse lay off like the instruction says. 4-6 weeks after 12 weeks on.

It works pretty well, I use a scoop for a about 4 weeks then go to one and a half and in the last two weeks use two scoops. Quit using it for about 4 weeks go straight to protein.

Heres a quick ? for you guys. I started on a new cycle of NoXplode, but I have changed my workout. I now start off my workout running 2 miles in the morning first thing. Then I lift weights for an hour to hour and a half followed by playing basketball for 30 minutes. I have noticed I've gotten bigger, pyshically and more defined however I'm losing weight. I started at 176lbs now I'm down to about 160..which is good I was getting a Chuck Liddell, now I've got abs showing and less gut. You think Its possible to get to 155 and still have mass aka : Sean Sherk or is this an okay thing to do? Keep the cardio to burn fat but lift heavy to gain stength?

this could be the problem. i've found myself taking Xenadrine (weight loss pills that has cafine) at 9am...a monster energy drink at 10am...and then I take 1.5 scoops of NoXplode at 11:30am before my noon workout.

thats alot of caffeine and maybe im becoming too tolerant.
