NOW ADAM Multi-120 for $16, I take 1 daily for around 4 months at $4 monthly
NOW Dextrose-6lbs for $6. Dirt cheap, probably $1-2 a month if that.
Prolab Creapure-600g for $14. Under $4 a month.
ON Whey-5 lb $26. $12-20 a month.
Fish Oil generic-200 or so monthly at $5 a month

I buy supplements online at places like bulknutrition.com and dpsnutrition.com

Total $27-35 a month.
I also go through one of those Gatorade powder containers once a month, so you can toss that on.

I get by well without spending too much cash on supps. Groceries on the other hand...

I spend maybe a total of $20 a month. I will buy some Muscle Milk and some ON 100 Whey one month but not buy anything for 2 months so my supplement purchasing goes in series. One month is damn spendy, one is damn cheap. It all averages out to like $20 a month.

Because of shipping I buy in loads of stuff at once

What I use per month though:
Whey protein
MM
ZMA
Vit C
Green Phyto foods and sepulina
CM
Tyrosine
Taurine
CEE-these last 3 were like 4-5g doses per day, I bought 1kg tubs last year for like $20 each, so they're lasting me still

I use accelerade or a home made protein/energy drink (whey and old stuff i'm using up) every now and then

I'm going to get some more ZMA ($12 for 2 months) and buy in a 6 month supply of fish oil tablets and 6 month of multi when I get the chance

CM=Citrulline Malate Powder

I go through whims of researching stuff and bulk buy if its cheap and seeing if it helps. Hence I have so much stuff kicking about

I just read a study on that stuff at pubmed. Do you notice it doing any thing for you?

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...=pubmed_docsum

I'd like to see a study with a larger test pool and the use of athletes.

I'm not sure to be honest

From studies I've read they supplemented 2 doses of 3-4g per day (i'm not sure if they did this like creatine, supplement all the time, even when not training), but people I've read that use it supplement before training.

I'm training quite a bit at the mo, so i can't honestly put increases in performance down to supplementation

edit-but I bought 200g of the stuff last year and thought why not try it out (I'd been saving it for some reason)
