OK, so, I got back a little while ago from a local sushi bar. I didn't over do it tonight. I had a volcano roll and some yellowtail ngiri, hot green tea and a glass of water with a bit of lemon.

I didn't come out of there feeling like a fat bloated cow like I normally do. Chalk one up for the good guy who's trying to cut a little.

I had myself a nice bowl of pesto pasta along side a dish of carnei estada steak (sp?) with shrimp and a salad.

LOL its Carne Asada!

I grilled a ribeye steak marinated in olive oil, kosher salt and Emerils Essense with some steamed asparagus and a small salad w/ red wine vinegarette.

Well it's dinner time for me again people...

Duh Duh Duhhhhhhhh!!!

Vegatable Curry east india style with home made gipati bread and mango chutney (very nice side sauce for curry) no rice tho , cauliflower, potatoe, peas, chick peas, carrots and peppers.

We cut out the meat in this house! Gonna try and go without it, meat is cancerous especialy red, it takes 16 years to fully digest red meat therefore it builds up in you're guts...not cool.
