What should I give a speech over?! v. nutritional policy

So I'm in a public speaking class and I have to give a speech over a policy that I'm in favor of. I'm having trouble deciding what topic to choose, so I came on here for some suggestions.

Here's some topics that I was thinking about:
-Regulation of dietary supplements
-Healthy food/no junk food in school cafeterias
-Nutritional information on fast food

Any other suggestions??

Out of the three i would go with the regulation of dietary supplements. As to why? I think ppl would eat junk food no matter what. If thats what they wanted to do. You could put a skull and crossbones on a big mac and ppl would still eat it.

Dietary supplemetns on the other hand.We have a right to know what they are putting in those, and that they work as stated because alot are just crap.

Anyways that was just my two cents Good luck on the speech..

Thanks man, I did in fact decide to go with the regulation of dietary supplements. There's a ton of research info on that subject to. And I also agree with the fact that people will eat shit no matter. Kinda sad
