what do you think of green pea's?

I'm trying to step my greens game up. I've added a lot of spinach to my diet, but my question is, are green pea's a good addition to my diet? I thought i saw somewhere that they might not be as good for you as other greens

thoughts?

They seem pretty good to me: http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-C00001-01c20ea.html
I'd like to hear what others think but I've always thought they are very good for you.

Yeah its good but there are better choices out there. Try kale, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant, tomatos, all sorts of delicious veggies out there.

Def doesn't hurt to add them to your foods. I like to add them when im eating rice or potatoes along with broccoli, carrots, corn and peas.

I like cold peas on my salads. I still stick with the rule that if it's green it's good.
