weight loss.....

I need a good diet to use to lose weight........something fairly easy to follow due to a weird work schedule.....let me know if you guys can help

you need to burn more calories than you take in. Start exercising if you aren't already.

i work pretty much 7 days a week and the hours vary......always start at noon....but i work till whenever.....how do you guys feel about food combining???

small meals, quality snacks etc
stay away from processed stuff

cut out soft drinks, drink water, no fast food, and like stated above, burn more calories than u take in.

This doesn't mean starve yourself. Eat good foods and workout hard but not to the point of passing out.


I lost a lot of fat by exercising everyday and basically eating turkey sandwiches as my meals, and fat free pudding as snacks. If you need that soft drink taste, then I suggest Diet coke or Diet Dr. pepper(taste exactly like regular).

* lots of veggies
* lots of water
* cardio 5-6 times a week
* 5-6 meals a day
* high protein
* med amount of carbs
* high in good fats (fish oil, flaxseed oil)
* some good supplements to help you along the way i.e green tea, fish oil and my fav Extreme T-diet by Body Conditioning Solutions:
