Are you telling me that all these guys lack physical activity? do they all eat at Mcdonalds 3 times a week? No, they store body fat because that is what their bodies are programmed to do. Walk a mile in my shoes before you shoot off your mouth again.

Ever see George in his prime? Great physique. Tank has even shown signs of leaness in the past. I'm not doubting their exercise, but what they do outside of the gym has just as much of an impact on their bodies as what they do in the gym. I bet they all eat like shit, and probably don't care. None of them have ever said anything about being stuck with the body they have.
It sounds like your the type who goes to the gym, puts in some work and has a PWO meal consisting of processed garbage, then you wonder why you're still a fat slob. You're awfully bitter and angry, take it easy...or better yet, take your shitty attitude back to the Heavyweight Forum where you'll find bored 16yr olds to get in a name calling match with.

So dont tell me shit about why people are obese or how genetics play a role because I know first hand.

I never explicity called you a weak-willed pussy, there was another option that I offered, you just instinctively clung to what you happened to identify with. Chances are you either didn't follow your regiment long enough or that you're lying. Yes, people lose fat at different rates; yes, some people are more prone to gain weight than others. However, being fat has 100% to do with your caloric intake versus your caloric expenditure; something that you have complete control over. Is it fair that it's easier for someone else to lose weight than you? Probably not, but life isn't fair, hard work, however, is the great equalizer.
Your genes didn't make you fat, they just made it easier for you to get fat. What made you fat is your inability to control your consumption, inability to consistently exercise over a long period of time, or a combination of the two.
Please, respond to this with some basic logic and argument skills. All you offer is anecdotal evidence that is tempered by your own opinions and excuses.
EDIT:
Young George Foreman was anything, but fat:
Old George Foreman was chunky, but christ, the guy was 40+ years old, cut him some slack.

Go to the heavyweight forum, why? There are plenty of 16 year old pussies to argue with here.

Tank abbott is not the most credible source of "genetic fatness" considering that he prides himself on stepping off the barstool and into the ring anytime. Fat loss is harder for some than others and i'm sure genetics plays at least some part in it, but if you work on it long enough you will lose fat.

As far as Foreman goes, I was speaking about him when he actually won the world title. You know he had to be training his ass off but yet he still had a good amount of body fat on him. You people seem to think that anyone that is fat is that way because of a lack of physical activity or discipline. Im am telling you that your dead wrong, Ive been there and I know that many of us simply cannot get fat off. No I dont have a problem with discipline when it comes to diet or excercise but when you put all of yourself into something and get little results its very un- motivating. You begin to look for answers as to why your Mcdonalds eating training partners cant keep weight on well you can keep it off. I know the answer and am very confident Im right. For many people being fat is encoded in their genetics much like going bald or having blue eyes. If your not someone who knows what this is like then you cant possibly understand, all you can do is continue to make claims that fat people are lazy, unmotivated, undisciplined whinners. This is exactly the way of thinking the diet industry likes to see. This way they can continue to sell false hope to people. Keep in mind just because you have had certain results from training doesn't mean everyone else can do the same, think about that before you make anymore assumptions

Do you really beleive that crap about him stepping off the barstool and into the ring? If all he does is drink then how is he able to bench over 600 lbs? Is Jesse Reed and John Marsh just his drinking buddies? Come on now

of course i don't actually believe tank literally stepped out of a bar and into a ring, but you get the point. Tank has self-admittedly never been much of one for training per se. I would think this would be evidenced by his record. And being strong doesn't mean that you're necessarily in peak physical condition. It just means that you're strong. One of my best friends can bench 550 without much of a problem but the first time we got him to run a mile with us he made it about half way and looked like he was gonna die. Strength does not equal good shape.

Yeah, genetically some people put on weight easy. I know, I was a fat kid most of my life, topping out at 260 pounds. I KNOW my body doesn't handle carbs as well as others so I keep them in check, train hard and I'm 171 pounds with 8.5-9% BF. Don't hand me your sob story of "unless you are in that position you can't understand". I was in that position and I do understand. I said it before and I'll say it again, your genetic argument about staying fat no matter what is BULLSHIT.
Stop making excuses and put in the work for what you want. If you don't want to work twice as hard as some people for something you desire then just say so. Don't be a whiney little girl and blame your 'genetics' for your man tits. Blame yourself for the fact that you aren't man enough to step up to the challenge and achive what you really want from yourself.
