If we are looking for studies that prove they don't do much, I can post them all day long, straight out of my text books. They even did one on endurance athletes where they were given 60 grams of MCT or 60 grams of corn oil. NO CHANGE in performance. I am all for upping performance. But it has to be reasonable and proven. I have tried it in person, on clients, and studied it. MCT's don't do shit.
