Want To Lose Weight and Cut Fat but Gain Muscle...Suggestions/Tips?
Ok so heres my scenario...
I weight about 210 and want to get down to about 185. I have some love handles and a lil' belly (not too bad, can see abs when flexing). Ive just started back in the weight room and want to put on muscle but lose fat and lose weight. I just bought some NO-Xplode and use Anavol as well.
What I need is suggestions on cardio and dieting. Im not the best in dieting. I understand that I need 1g protein per lb of body weight. But will that make me gain weight? Can I counter that with lots of cardio? Any tips or suggestions would be great. Thanks!
